Advertisers Terms and Conditions
We're a casual, friendly company and frankly we like it that way. We believe in doing business
with a (figurative) handshake - That is ... The old fashioned concept of mutual Integrity.
In that spirit you won't find the usual piles of legalese in our T & C. Suffice it to say all applicable
laws and rules apply. If an issue arises, we'll work it out. It's really that simple.

Although our core businesses are local Canine Waste Management ( Luzerne County, PA ) and
Internet marketing of dog related products we will consider any legal and non-pornographic
advertising at our discretion. We have a substantial and growing Internet and local presence
and are always open to new opportunities to grow.
We don't make banners. If you have a banner or other HTML code we will gladly copy and paste
it. Otherwise ads will consist of text, pictures and/or links provided by you.

Rates and Details
Current local My Dog's Yard canine waste management customers can post one ad at 1/2 cost.
Non-profit organizations can post an ad at no cost.
If you can provide suitable reciprocal advertising, as agreed by both parties, contact us and we'll
work something out.
All paid ads must be paid in advance with paper check or money order via US mail. Please make
checks payable to: My Dog's Yard. Mail to: My Dog's Yard, 318 1/2 Hillside Ave., Edwardsville,
PA 18704. Other options may be available in the future. If you absolutely need another option
please contact us.
Paid rates
6 months @ 15.00 / month = 90.00
12 months @ 12.00 / month =144.00
Ads will be posted in good faith within 48 hours of receipt of your information. Non payment or
non renewal will result in removal of the ad.
